Does it have preservatives? Is it hard to find? Let's tackle the myths and the most common doubts about organic wine. What is an organic wine? There are two things that are very important to mention: First, organic wine is made with organic grapes, this means, grapes free of any chemical agents and certified as such. Second, the care for the environment is paramount in the entire production process. In the organic vineyard management products that may damage the soil are not allowed, natural fertilizers, like compost, are used in order to maintain a healthy soil and preserve its biological balance. INFORME VENDIMIA 2021
Si tuviéramos que definir la vendimia 2021 en una sola palabra, sin duda sería desafiante. Comienzo felicitando al equipo completo, agrícola, enológico y a todos los que apoyaron para realizar esta vendimia de manera excelente. Un compromiso y profesionalismo que nos enorgullece y que permitieron realizar una vendimia exitosa y de gran calidad en nuestros vinos 2021. Al trasladamos al momento pre vendimia, nos enfrentábamos a un gran desafío, partiendo por la condición mundial y nacional producto de la pandemia, situación que evidentemente marcó esta vendimia 2021.
