Cono Sur Winery Kicks Off its Cycle of Responsible Drinking Workshops
On October 29, 20 workers of the Mulchén Estate met at Hosteria San Marcos for the 1st Workshop on Responsible Consumption of Alcohol and Prevention of Consumption of Other Substances.
The workshop is part of our Responsible Drinking Policy, the goal is to raise awareness to the negative consequences of abusing such substancies, as well as promote change in the way they relate to alcohol. At Cono Sur we promote a healthy work environment, self-care and safety of our employees.
“We want our employees to learn how to avoid the abuse of alcohol and drugs as well as be able to identify the impact and consequences that such behaviour may cause in their homes and workplace. We also hope to provide basic tools that can be passed down to their family members and friends. Without a doubt, self-care and understanding the impact of our actions are at the core of responsible alcohol consumption.” – Valeska Mellado, Head of Human Resources.
This was the first workshop, that will also take place in the winery’s other estates.
