Organic Pairing - New Year's Brusquettes
This New Year’s Eve, prepare a great dinner to enjoy with friends and family. Therefore, a good wine to pair with this special night dinner is key. Here is a great recipe to pair with Cono Sur Chardonnay.
Ingredients:
1 baguette
1 cream cheese
3 peaches
2 tablespoons of honey
Rosemary to decorate
1 box of cherry tomatoes
1 handful of basil
2 garlic cloves
Salt
Olive oil
Preparation:
- Cut the cherry tomatoes in 4
- Chop the garlic and basil and season with salt and oil. Reserve.
- Cut the peaches in dices
- Two filling alternative:
- Some will go with cream cheese, peaches, honey and Rosemary
- Others with the mixture of tomatoes and basil
- Pair with a glass of Organic Chardonnay (serve at 12°C) and Enjoy!
