This New Year's Eve, prepare a great dinner to enjoy with friends and family. Therefore, a good wine to pair with this special night dinner is key. Here is a great recipe to pair with Cono Sur Chardonnay. Ingredients: 1 baguette 1 cream cheese 3 peaches 2 tablespoons of honey Rosemary to decorate 1 box of cherry tomatoes 1 handful of basil 2 garlic cloves Salt Olive oil Preparation: Cut the cherry tomatoes in 4 Chop the garlic and basil and season with salt and oil. Ingredients: 4 aubergines 2 cups of cooked couscous Diced bell peppers (red, green, yellow) ½ avocado 10 cherry tomatoes ½ red onion in cubes cilantro olive oil paprika salt pepper lemon 3 tablespoons of natural yogurt Preparation: Cut the aubergines in half (they must be smooth and shiny so they are not bitter).
